We have been using Kashflow Accounting Software (which can be found here http://kf.cm/UvGvcE ) for the last 10 months and can honestly say it has been fantastic for us.
We use the software to monitor our project income and expenditure, and it allows us to easily run a report to show if we met our target profit margins. Even if we anticipate missing out, which we can see at an early stage, we may be able to make changes to maximise our profits.
We were looking for an online package as often we may be on the road when we need to send out a quote or chase an invoice, Kashflow saves the details of all our clients and prospects, allowing us to quickly produce a quote or make an amendment and resend to the client.
Any business looking for something similar, should give this a try. It's excellent for contractors, but we're sure just as good, if not better for all types of SME.
